About Us

Our expertise
At Liberated Counseling, we have years of experience helping individuals (ages 13+), couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. We specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. We know how difficult it can be to navigate through the stress of work or school, generational curses, and everything else life can bring through experience and with many questions.

Our Approach
Though services are only offered virtually to Texas residents only, we’re passionate and dedicated to providing a unique counseling experience to all clients with a person-centered approach through motivation and empowerment. Rooted in empathy, compassion, honesty, and non-judgment; we strive to create a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is for clients to feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
